A role of the Membership Committee is Care and Concern, responding at times when members and friends are in need of some extra support.  It may be that you or a loved one is experiencing a prolonged illness or is recovering from surgery. Maybe you recently had a baby or adopted a child.  You might be supporting an elderly relative or even experienced the loss of a friend or family member. Besides offering emotional and spiritual support, the Membership Committee may be able to help arrange meals, provide transportation for a medical appointment, refer you to other resources, or provide other practical assistance.  Please contact a member of the Membership Committee or the Minister if you find yourself in need of such support.
